Questions for reflection on Mark 1:1-8:
- “Prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight”. What paths need to be made straight in your life as we prepare for the arrival of the Lord?
- Has repentance and confession ever been something you desired to do, so much so that you would go out into the wilderness to see John the Baptist?
- Why were the people flocking to John rather than to the temple since that was the place to deal with sin?
